We aim to give you clear answers about gluten-free items, weekly specials, bulk BBQ, catering and ordering. If you need more help, you can contact us any time.

Most of our meats are gluten-free. Fried items and the meatloaf are not. If you need gluten-free options, you can ask at the counter and we will guide you. Note: gluten-free items are prepared Monday through Wednesday. Example: if a customer asks if a seasoning is GF, the answer is “yes” but they get made on the same equipment that will be used to process nuts and other allergy items.
Some seasonal items may contain nuts. We also note that certain seasonings come from mixed-allergen facilities. Nut items are prepared Thursday and Friday, with a full sanitation cycle on Friday night. If you have allergies, please let us know so we can guide you.

Yes. We post weekly specials on our menu and calendar pages. Common specials include: Meatloaf Thursday, Ham Friday, Seasonal seafood nights, Monthly grilled shrimp nights. See Calendar

Yes. Many families and groups order pans of pulled pork, frozen seasoned chicken thighs and other bulk items. See Bulk Ordering

Yes. We cater for staff lunches, business parks, churches and family events. We offer hot and cold delivery, drop-off, or full service.

We prefer at least one week. If you need something sooner, you can call us. We try to help when we can.

We don’t provide deliveries at this time. If you need delivery, please contact us and we’ll arrange it. Note that we need two to three day notice on all delivery attemps.

Yes. You can order bulk items hot or frozen, depending on what you need. Frozen chicken thighs are very popular, especially for families who meal prep.

Yes. Sauces can be shipped through our UPS partner. You can also pick them up in-store. See Shop 

Yes. We offer digital and physical cards. Many customers buy them for holidays, birthdays or staff rewards.
